How Bidding Works

Browse available products and select an item marked Auction. Review the product details, current bid, bid increment, and auction end time before participating.

Enter the amount you want to bid and confirm your bid. Your bid must meet or exceed the minimum amount shown on the auction page.

If another buyer places a higher bid, you may be outbid. You will receive an email notification and can return to the auction to place a higher bid if you choose.

If you do not want to place every bid manually, you can enable Auto Bid. Set the maximum amount you are willing to pay, and VIKRYA will automatically place bids on your behalf when needed, following the auction's required bid increment. Your maximum Auto Bid amount remains private.

Each auction has a minimum bid increment. For example, if the current bid is ₹5,000 and the bid increment is ₹500, the next eligible bid must be at least ₹5,500.

Each auction has a closing time displayed on the auction page. Make sure to place your bid before the countdown reaches zero. Bids cannot be placed once the auction has ended.

When the auction ends, the highest eligible bidder wins the item. The winner will receive a notification with the next steps.

If you win an auction, complete your payment through VIKRYA within the specified payment period to confirm your purchase. Once payment is successful, your order will be confirmed.

Review the product and auction details carefully before placing a bid. Once confirmed, bids may be binding and may not always be cancelled.
